Hallo,

All examples given "PCX5/PCX5AVD/PC150 PC Software Kit Owners
Manual" (Garmin 1999) have no space between degree and minute in the
latitude and longitude fields. It describe the version PCX5 2.00. The
format generated by gpsbabel seems to be correct.

Touratech QV 4.0.108 Standard can read the file generated by gpsbabel.
It exports the file back using dezimal degree format(PCX5 2.08). This
format can be easier processed by other programs like GMT - The Generic
Mapping Tools data processing and display software package. A script
using this tools stopped with an error message and was the reason of the
bugreport. In the past we processed only files generated by Touratech
QV.
It would be helpful to have a option in gpsbabel to generate this
dialect similar to the option "cartoexploreur".

The bug report could be classified as a Wishlist item.
