Sadly, metche has a hard time to deal with non-FHS-compliant software
that shamelessly uses /etc as if it were /var; this is a bug in
denyhost or whatever the bad one is, and should be fixed there.

Sadly, adding --mindepth 1 would prevent "find" from detecting deleted
files in the watched directory so I don't think we can use this :/
