I created a key with gpg2 identified by 0x4B138DEB.
I revoked and deleted this key.
I re-created a key with the same identity with gpg2. It is now identified by
0x8F321EC9.

gpg2 --locate-keys 0x4B138DEB returns nothing --> good
gpg2 --locate-keys 0x8F321EC9 returns something --> good

I try to send an email signed but unencrypted. It fails with this output:
Send operation aborted.

Error - encryption command failed

gpg command line and output:
/usr/bin/gpg2
gpg: skipped "0x4B138DEB": No secret key
gpg: [stdin]: clearsign failed: No secret key
