This looks like a similar bug to <https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13745>, but that is supposed to have been fixed in stable update 2.6.32.17. I think we need to pass this upstream, but before that can you test Linux 2.6.36-rc5 as packaged in experimental?
