Documentation from README.Debian says that "the default
/etc/nut/upsd.conf is fine for a "standalone" configuration".

But with unmodified `upsd.conf` file nut's upsd fails to start. It is
trying to bind to an ::1 address and fails to start on a kernel with
IPv6 disabled.

Adding "LISTEN 127.0.0.1 3493" directive to `upsd.conf` file allows the
daemon to start. Maybe it should be mentioned on README.Debian.

Here is the output from upsd with unmodified upsd.conf:

desktop:/# upsd -DDD
