The main reason that 0.4 (or 0.4.1) is because of feature freeze. I could
upload 0.4.1 in experimental. It won't migrate into testing. I think the
user base for experimental is too small to have any interest. Would you use
the package in experimental if it exists?
I would certainly use it. Repackaging 0.4.1 from experimental for squeeze
should be easy after it got there.
