Seems like the switch to make Monday the first day of the week got
kinda broken between lenny and squeeze.

In lenny it was -m and worked thus:

| wea...@intrepid:~$ cal -m
|    September 2010   
| Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su
|        1  2  3  4  5
|  6  7  8  9 10 11 12
..

Now -m got re-purposed and the Monday thing is supposed to be -M according to
the manual page, but:

| wea...@rubicon:~$ /usr/bin/cal -M
| usage: cal [-hjy] [[month] year]
|        cal [-hj] [-m month] [year]
|        ncal [-hJjpwy3MS] [-s country_code] [[month] year]
|        ncal [-hJeo] [year]

Please make that work again,
