Huh. I had sort of guessed that maybe there were issues with choqok and the versions of Qt and KDE in squeeze, since I do most of my testing on sid. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem likely that this is the case. I've tested on squeeze and wasn't able to reproduce your problem. Can you send me the output of the following commands run against the pid of one of these stuck processes? 1. lsof -p <pid> 2. strace -p <pid> (run this for ~10 seconds or so) Thanks. noah
