That is a fair point. I was trying out openbox among other window
managers, and knowing very little about the program, I found obconf
useful to configure some of the basics (like the theme, and the title-
bar button arrangement). Even if I have to break out the editor to set
up keybindings, being able to play around with some of the settings via
a GUI was a plus.

It's too bad that the menus don't automatically leave out items for
programs that are not installed/accessible, as some other menus do...
