Installation of gforge-lists-mailman and gforge-plugin-scmsvn during
installation of fusionforge-standard fails with the following error,
which indicates that connection to the db back end is impossible:

same problem with other scm plugins (I tried scm-svn and scm-hg).
I manually verified that login in using the data in
/etc/gforge/database.inc is not possible.
Using the postgres user it turns out that there is no gforge database
in the cluster at all:
