Something bad happened while installing packages. Trying to recover: Setting up libtextwrap1 (0.1-2) ... Setting up libdebian-installer4 (0.34) ... The manual page seem to have moved from libtextwrap1 to libtextwrap-dev without the proper conflict lines being set on the packages.
