Package: lvm2 Version: 2.02.66-3 Severity: important When booting my system LVM (root file system is a LV) reports udev following error:
The link /dev/VGsystem/LVroot should had been created by udev but it was not found. Falling back to direct link creation. The LV LVroot will not be mounted under his name in the system, but rootfs with the name. # df Dateisystem 1K‐Blöcke Benutzt Verfügbar Ben% Eingehängt auf tmpfs 1964664 8 1964656 1% /lib/init/rw udev 1958648 244 1958404 1% /dev tmpfs 1964664 308 1964356 1% /dev/shm rootfs 1032088 404460 575200 42% / /dev/sda5 264413 59893 190868 24% /boot /dev/mapper/VGsystem-LVhome 6192704 3586256 2543556 59% /home /dev/mapper/VGsystem-LVopt 1032088 153232 868372 15% /opt /dev/mapper/VGsystem-LVusr 5160576 3706876 1191556 76% /usr /dev/mapper/VGsystem-LVvar 5160576 3549324 1349108 73% /var Normally, the root should be mounted filesystem with its device name (/dev/VGsystem/LVroot).
