0.13 will not be in Squeeze due to feature freeze and because there's still no official release of qemu-kvm-0.13 (only a release candidate), and because 0.13 hasn't been tested as well as 0.12. I sure will update package to be based on 0.13, but it will be available only in experimental branch.
