Package: microcode.ctl
Version: 1.17-13
Severity: wishlist

In the init script there is code to upload the microcode module.

It was commented out - was there a problem with it?

Anyway, this is a wishlist bug to reenable it. (And you should use the -q
option of modprobe when you do.)
