Package: libgetfem++-dev Version: 4.1-1 Severity: normal Hi!
Up to now, I was compiling programs using only -lgetfem, but now I wanted to start using the command "getfem-config" to get compilation/linking flags automatically (for compatability of compilation on different systems). However, one the Debian system I get: $ getfem-config --libs -L/usr/lib -lgetfem -lmuparser -lqhull -lsuperlu -lblas -lsuperlu but libmuparser-dev and libsuperlu3-dev had not been installed. Should these have been automatically installed together with libgetfem++-dev, or should "getfem-config" not output these linking flags? In any case, I'm pretty sure this is a bug this getfem-config is intended to be used for compilation of programs using getfem, and this should be possible after installing libgetfem++-dev Best regards Torquil Sørensen -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.35.4 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages libgetfem++-dev depends on: pi libboost-dev 1.42.0.1 Boost C++ Libraries development fi ii libgetfem4++ 4.1-1 GETFEM++ generic finite element li ii libgmm++-dev 4.1-1 Generic C++ template library for s libgetfem++-dev recommends no packages. libgetfem++-dev suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
