Package: apticron
Version: 1.1.43
Severity: normal

I manually upgraded to 1.1.43 and I still have cron.daily file here:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 85 Jun 14 01:23 /etc/cron.daily/apticron

#!/bin/sh

if [ ! -x /usr/sbin/apticron ] ; then
        exit 0
else
        /usr/sbin/apticron
fi

I'm still getting mails twice a day.

Thanks
