Anyway, even if these changes will not be accepted, please separate Python 2.X and Python 3.X stack (i.e. add new binary packages). For Python modules/extensions we use python3-foo schema, not sure how to name libboost packages (in mod-wsgi, we added "-py3" suffix to "libapache2-mod-wsgi" name).
