How are the faces configured?
Through gnome-about-me my ~/.face is displayed normally when opened in an image editor. $ ls -l .face -rw-r--r-- 1 julien julien 4620 22 juin 20:22 .face $ file .face .face: JPEG image data, JFIF standard 1.01 I have 2 users on this machine, one of them using a custom image, the other a standard face from gdm3. Sometimes (but not always), the faces appear after I select a user, when the apssword field is displayed. > > Further more, I lost the possibility to simply hit the return key > > to select the first user in the greeter. > > I have the same bug indeed, and it is a bit annoying.
