Package: passwd Version: 1:4.1.4.2+svn3283-1 Severity: normal
Hi, I've upgraded the passwd package to Sid today and I've received this mail from anacron: /etc/cron.daily/passwd: cp: cannot stat `group': No such file or directory cp: cannot stat `gshadow': No such file or directory run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/passwd exited with return code 1 I think someone has forgot the path of the source in the 8th row of the script. It seems to work replacing cp -p $FILE ... with cp -p /etc/$FILE ... -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages passwd depends on: ii debianutils 3.4 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii libc6 2.11.2-2 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libpam-modules 1.1.1-4 Pluggable Authentication Modules f ii libpam0g 1.1.1-4 Pluggable Authentication Modules l ii libselinux1 2.0.96-1 SELinux runtime shared libraries passwd recommends no packages. passwd suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
