netselect seems to return IP addresses if the hostname it
checked consists of a round robin.

j...@gnu:~>sudo netselect http.us.debian.org
  114 128.30.2.36

The problem with netselect-apt is that, if this happens,
the resulting sources.list with an IP address in it is unusable.
Most debian mirrors cannot be accessed by http using an IP address.
