Thanks for the pointer to CDBS' script.  Comparing that with the
existing patch to licensecheck should hopefully give a good base to work
from.

I've personally been avoiding this since DEP-5 is still a draft and is
subject to change, although it has been stagnant for a while.  I'll have
to see how things progress since Lars Wirzenius has stepped up to
continue pushing the DEP to completion.

I'll revisit this post-Squeeze as I'm only considering Squeeze targetted
changes to devscripts for now.
