If the memory get corrupt due to some bug, I think that almost
anything can happen.

FYI, the previous 1.4.4 versions were unusable here due to this GnuTLS
problem. The last working version was 1.4.3-1. So, if the OOo problem
is due to a change in CUPS, it could be anything between 1.4.3-1 and
1.4.4-3.
