I upgraded from testing to testing. The second possibility (no upgrade since end of april on my desktop) is however possible.

Please try upgrading libcairo2 to version 1.8.10-5 from unstable.

I just did that:

r...@rotule:/home/julien# dpkg -l libcairo2 | grep libcairo
ii libcairo2 1.8.10-5 The Cairo 2D vector graphics library

but the problem remains.
