Yeah the eventual plan is to get it into Debian, it's being packaged for Ubuntu at the moment: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/549009 This bug looks like system isn't configured for multiple audio streams. Possible solutions would be to install pulseaudio or disable crossfading in Clementine's options dialog.
