Done in upstream CVS, though I'm using 'libxaw8-dev | libxaw7-dev' for
compatibility with sarge.

However, this only affects the browser plugin, which (as packaged) is (a)
broken and (b) not installed in a useful place. (a) is fixed in CVS (it was
previously erroneously linked with libsmjs, which would normally crash the
browser on plugin re-use) and I'll commit the necessary changes to the debian
directory to fix (b).

There's currently no point in Siggi (or anybody else) doing an upload of
gxine to fix this, although an upload is needed anyway to allow it into etch.
