Unfortunately, it's still possible to just install, say, tesseract-ocr-fra and tesseract-ocr, which will still cause the error, until tesseract-ocr-eng is installed. So, I would suggest to change the dependencies to explicitely ask for tesseract-ocr-eng AND tesseract-ocr-language. Thanks in advance.
