Niko suggested to remove this package as it is dead upstream, buggy and alternatives exist (libogg-vorbis-decoder-perl) [1]. libogg-vorbis-perl also has no rdeps in Debian. If there are no objections, I will request removal from the archive in a week or so. I wonder if we should also request removal from testing or is this still done automatically even during the freeze?
