195.36.31-2 entered unstable yesterday. Please update the driver and everything related - does this improve something? If this does not work, please post the output of LC_ALL=C dpkg-reconfigure nvidia-kernel-dkms (prefixing a command with LC_ALL=C causes all output to be in English). For preventing truncation of dpkg -l output, you can prefix it with e.g. COLUMNS=200, so the output is formatted to span 200 columns, not just 80 which is insufficient with these long package names and version numbers).
