Package: lilo
Version: 1:22.8-8.2
Severity: normal

Quoting myself and Ben Hutchings from #594189:

| Report a bug on lilo; I suppose it should warn but still 'succeed' if
| /etc/lilo.conf is missing. elilo should do the same. This is my bug
| and I can fix it. :-) No idea about zipl but I doubt you care about
| s390 live media.

Detailled output from 'dpkg --configure -a' after a failed automated

I can easily reproduce the problem, please let me know if you need
any further information/input/testing/...

PS: I'm not sure about the severity of the bugreport. I personally
consider this a RC bug that shouldn't happen with squeeze, though
leaving the final decision to the package maintainer/others.

regards,
