Package: backuppc Version: 3.1.0-9 Severity: wishlist Tags: ipv6 Some hosts I back up are behind IPv6 tunnels. I would like to tell backuppc to use v4 instead, where possible. Right now I have to tweak $sshCmd; it would be nice if backuppc introduced an option that just let me say "prefer IPv4 over IPv6" or "use IPv4" (or "IPv6") for this host, and let it do everything necessary (pass -4/-6 to ssh, etc.)
