Bug#592375: update-grub not called anymore

I've noted that the last grub-common update closes #593242, the same bug 
as this but for grub2.
Grub-common is shared between grub-legacy and grub2, but under 
grub-legacy the fix is not applied. In fact in this case zz-update-grub 
belongs to grub-legacy.

Please port the fix also to grub-legacy.
