The -dev package is called libpodofo-dev, not libpodofo0.8.0-dev, please update the control file accordingly. Fixing the libpodofo source package to generate libpodofo0.8.0-dev (more consistent with the packages on debian.scribus.net) is probably a problem because the package krename now also depends on libpodofo-dev...
