It turns out these were already in my keys file. I did a Reconfigure
and now resizing and moving with the mouse works.

Do you think this problem may be related? I *think* it may be fixed as
windows are maximizing on just my laptop display without any problems
now. I'm afraid I can't check with the external monitor until tomorrow
(GMT+1).
