The llvm-2.7-dev package should not be installing files under /usr/share/vim/vimcurrent. Runtime files should go under /usr/share/vim/addons (following the proper directory structure) with either an explanation of how to enable the files in README.Debian or by registering the files with vim-addons as described in vim-policy[0].
