Did you mean that you played Sauerbraten in full screen mode and after you quit the game some things, especially related to the avant dock, don't get drawn properly on the screen?
If any application, that is not Sauerbraten itself, doesn't behave properly while or after playing Sauerbraten, that means it is not a bug in Sauerbraten but either in the particular application itself or in the window or compositing manager. Please try to be a bit more precise about the bug you experience! Also you can attach a screenshot if the bug is difficult to explain by words :) Cheers - Fuddl
