Package: gkrellm
Version: 2.3.4-1
Severity: normal

In response to the kernel boot error messages:
[ 9.359690] w83627ehf: Found W83627DHG chip at 0x290
[ 9.359836] ACPI: I/O resource w83627ehf [0x295-0x296] conflicts with ACPI
region HWRE [0x290-0x299]
[ 9.359915] ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should
use it instead of the native driver

I changed the sensors module from w83627ehf to asus_atk0110

When I run sensors, I still get all the sensor info:
$ sensors

But, the sensors now provided via ACPI are now no-longer visible in gkrellm.
Only the coretemp-hwmon1/temp1 and coretemp-hwmon2/temp1 are visible.

It may be due to a different layout in /sys, since for hwmon1 and hwmon2, the
temp1_input file is under /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon[12]/device, whereas for hwmon0,
the temp*_input, fan*_input etc files are in /sys/class/hwmon/hwmon0 directly.
I don't have a gut feel for which is the correct place. If this is really the
cause, perhaps the bug is in the kernel module?

Alternatively, presumably if gkrellm used libsensors, then this sort of problem
would be abstracted out...
