Having just tried this myself I can confirm that a freshly installed
libapache-dbi-perl_1.07-1+lenny1 does *not* result in getting the patch
talked about in bug 568534 although the changelog says it contains it.

After downloading the source package and building it my self I conclude
that the patch is simply not applied during the build process.

But as I said... the offical package doesn't result in a patched
/usr/share/perl5/Apache/DBI.pm either.
