Package: python-urlgrabber Version: 3.9.1-4 Severity: minor Hi,
The README.Debian file is mentionning the keepalive.py module. This file isn't present anymore in the package. Here is the output of dpkg --listfiles python-urlgrabber : dami...@damiens-lin:~$ sudo dpkg --listfiles python-urlgrabber [sudo] password for damiens: /. /usr /usr/bin /usr/bin/urlgrabber /usr/share /usr/share/doc /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber/copyright /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber/changelog.gz /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber/changelog.Debian.gz /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber/README.Debian /usr/share/doc/python-urlgrabber/TODO /usr/share/python-support /usr/share/python-support/python-urlgrabber.public /usr/share/pyshared /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber/__init__.py /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber/grabber.py /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber/mirror.py /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber/progress.py /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber/byterange.py /usr/share/pyshared/urlgrabber-3.9.1.egg-info /usr/share/man /usr/share/man/man1 /usr/share/man/man1/urlgrabber.1.gz dami...@damiens-lin:~$ I didn't test the whole package to see if it was broken or not (the functiunality I needed was to use that particular module). I still checked the last stable version of urlgrabber on their site and it is not in the archive anymore (but it was present in the previous one). It is a pretty old release (around 1 years old), so I guessed it was intentional. If you could just correct the README.Debian, it would be nice :) Kind regards, Damiens ROBERT. -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=fr_BE.utf8, LC_CTYPE=fr_BE.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages python-urlgrabber depends on: ii python 2.6.5-11 interactive high-level object-orie ii python-pycurl 7.19.0-3+b1 Python bindings to libcurl ii python-support 1.0.9 automated rebuilding support for P python-urlgrabber recommends no packages. python-urlgrabber suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
