Sure it is, it should not truncate the email address like that, but copy it as
is or at worse replace the utf-8 char with a random replacement.

I understand that i have to fix my local machine, but this doesn't excuse
mutt's behavior in this case. Unless i seriously misunderstand something.

I mean, mutt correctly shows it as Rapha\xxxl ..., so why does it get
truncated in a reply or so ?
