Package: festival
Version: 1:2.0.95~beta-2
Severity: wishlist

I like to avoid installing oss-compat since the OSS emulation done by
ALSA is imperfect and causes problems when two programs want to use the
sound card at once.

If you make festival Recommend oss-compat then it will still be pulled
in by default, but weird people like me will be able to configure it to
use ALSA (kind of) by setting Audio_Method to Audio_Command.
