Package: update-manager-gnome Version: 0.200.4-1 Severity: normal I ran the update-manager as root on KDE and as previously described, the windows become unresponsive, not even a refresh happens, the process takes 100% CPU time ... after 30 minutes I killed it.
I need to admit, apt-get -u dist-upgrade suggests an update of 1.5GB, presumably some algorithm is just not prepared for the large number of packages ... whatever ... it is unusable.
