Well, thank you both, this issue drove me crazy .. seems like I have not yet edited that portion of our README :)
I cannot really imagine such an issue to arise on the Redmond OS, and this annoys me then even more. So much to "Linux is ready for the desktop". The fix should include patching the "sensible-browser" to give a decent error message. Should we reassign this bug, possibly?
