sorry to keep bugging with this, but today a new linux-image-2.6.32 version appeared on squeeze repos (2.6.32-18). so I upgraded it, and tried to burn a rewritable cd just to see if the patch had been apply, but it seems it wasn't. the problem remains.
Just wanted to inform that.
