JFTR: This would need two new libraries to get into to Debian: libwapcaplet and libcss needed by Netsurf 2.5. Both libraries have the Netsurf developers as upstream though. OTOH would 2.5 fix http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=574299 as it does no more build depend on lemon. Newer lemon versions don't seem to like Netsurf's parser.y anymore.
