In an effort to improve usability and make it easier for users to choose applications from Ubuntu Software Center, we are trying to make application desciptions simpler. Some of the problems users face is listed: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SoftwareCenter/PackageDescriptions While the package description for aMule is good , main description contains information about how to install the daemonized version and the systray working in Gnome and KDE , the users are finding this sort of information confusing. And information about the daemonized version need not be present in the package details. Attaching a patch which removes this extra information from the main package's description. Kindly apply the patch.
