and unless there isn't it fixed, I also can't fix it in otrs.
No, the problem is in both packages. If the libjs-yui maintainers fix it then
you could use the same solution, but your package is as faulty as theirs. You
can fix otrs2 by dropping the file from the tarball.

I have cloned the report now and added a blocker.
I can not remove the .swf files simply, because otrs needs charts.swf.
