Hmm, on my machine (Debian/sid) the ServerTimeout parameter that has a "15" default value is located in local display section "[X-:*-Core]", not in [X-*- Core]. Setting ServerTimeout to 120 in [X-*-Core] did not fix the problem on my machine. Only changing ServerTimeout to 30 in [X-:*-Core] did resolve the issue. Thanks for the tip anyway.
