When compiling .tex file with pdflatex, even when you have everything else
configured properly, latex-suite fails to run the compiler multiple times, and
other utilities, such as bibtex. For a more knowledgeable explanation of the

This patch indeed fixes things on my system, as advertised. It would be nice
if Debian folded in this patch into the distributed deb.
