Yeah, that does sound like a bug.  I'll investigate further.  I don't
believe that a version dependency was documented upstream, but I could
be wrong.

Althoughinterestingly enough, I happen to be sitting on an Ubuntu 10.04
system right now, which includes kdelibs-bin 4:4.4.2-0ubuntu4, using the
current qoauth and choqok packages built from my repositories(so the
same versions as in Debian, just rebuilt on ubuntu).  They're working
fine.  So it almost seems like this might be a packaging error, or a
problem with one specific kdelibs-bin version.

kdelibs-bin 4:4.4.4-2 is what's in testing right now.  Have you tried
with that version, by any chance?
