Package: qemu-utils
Version: 0.12.5+dfsg-1
Severity: minor
File: /usr/bin/qemu-img
Tags: sid

qemu-img will allow you to specify the input file and the output file as the
same file, resulting in it ruining the file.

ie

qemu-img convert -O raw somedisk.qcow2 somedisk.qcow2

ideally, qemu-img should refuse to process when input file == output file
